Christmas in Antioch...

This is how our front yard looks this Christmas season...France has a nice tree in her window and has placed lights around her windown and the bushes. I have my usual lighted garland and red bows around the retaining wall and we have an air blown lighted nativity on the lawn...I have since this picture was taken added a sign with the words Wise Men Still Seek Him...This isn't exactly how I wanted everything to look but I'm content for this year...

Christmas is a coming...

The Brickey Bunch 2008...our yearly family photo. And then Lady Bella Rose and Roddy had to have their pictures taken in front of the tree, too.

Granddaughters Emily and Deirdre had some time together over the Thanksgiving holiday and we took advantage of that time and started decorating for Christmas...They had so much fun decorating the tree and we had so much fun sitting back and watching....We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Very Blessed New Year!!!

Thanksgiving with the Brickeys...

All the Brickeys were together this Thanksgiving in Antioch...Jenny did the carving of the bird. It was a wonderful time together and the food wasn't bad, either!

Howdy from Florida...

Right now I'm in Orange Park, Florida visiting Dad and Liz...On Thursday Dad will be celebrating his 34th birthday, again. Well...who's counting?! Anyway, I wanted to post a picture taken today when we came home from church outside Dad's home...and (not to be political) in front of his McCain/Palin sign...I'm not asking for any debate on the candidates...just respect for our right to choose and vote...

My Rotties and Me....

I've never blogged before...but thanks to my daughter France here I am! I guess this is a way to share my life with my friends and post all the pictures I usually attach to my emails here. Of course my pups are usually the subjects of most of my photos and my grandkids, too. I will start with Roddy the 3rd (aka BlackWolf Courage) and Lady Bella Rose (aka BlackWolf D'Vine) also known as 'trouble and double trouble' by the family. As you can see they are an awesome pair...I will be adding more pictures of these two kids in the future, oh...and my grandkids, too! For now this is just the start...Welcome to my world!
